Our products come from ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ASTM, and CE certified factories. We our in constant contact with our suppliers factories to ensure that their products are consistent. When we say our gloves are 5 mil thick at the palm, we are not talking about thickness at the finger, like other distributors.

6. Whats the difference between 5 mil thick at palm and 5 mil thick at finger tips?

Gloves are manufactured on dipping lines. Since they are dipped into natural rubber, nitrile, or vinyl, gravity causes more material to form around the fingertips on the dipping molds, thus gloves are thickest at the fingertips.

7. Why are some gloves so cheap?

Some gloves on the market are so cheap, because the manufacturers do not run their gloves through proper cleaning processes. Gloves that are not properly cleaned, can lead to latex allergies from residue latex proteins, or allergies to residue chemicals and accelerators used in the manufacturing of gloves. Also, a cheaper glove goes usually means a thinner and lighter glove. Thin gloves are more prone to tearing and failing. Also, with cheaper  gloves, gloves may be manufactured with a shorter curing time, leading to brittle gloves, that are more prone to tearing and punctures then properly cured gloves.

8. Can the household/ chemical gloves be washed?

Yes, flocked lined and unlined chemical nitrile gloves are fully washable. Feel free to throw them into your washer and dryer. Gloves were ran through 10 cycles of rinsing and drying in your typical household washer and dryers. To put that in perspective the clothes you get from your large retail chains only require clothes to stand up to 3 cycles of wash and 1 cycle of drying.
